Meet Your Therapist

Relationships often face challenges beneath the surface—issues of trust, respect, and connection that go deeper than just communication. These are the real areas where healing and growth happen.

In my couples work, I focus on what’s really beneath the surface—often it’s not just communication, but issues of trust, respect, and connection that need healing.

I believe love is not about control or possession. It’s about supporting your partner’s growth and moving together toward a fuller, richer life. Love is not something we possess, it is something that possesses us. Love doesn’t belong to us, we belong to it.

Using Gottman-informed methods, I help couples navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and rediscover the friendship and passion that brought them together.

Couples therapy is my specialty because I know that with the right guidance, respect, and honesty, couples can grow stronger, even through tough times.

I’m here to walk alongside you and your partner—helping you create the relationship you both want and deserve.

Love as a Movement

Love isn’t something you hold onto or claim for yourself. It’s a movement toward the other person’s fullest, best self.

In therapy, we explore how you can support your partner’s growth, not by controlling or fixing them, but by showing up with respect and openness. It’s about belonging to love, not owning it.

What we focus on:

Together, we’ll work toward rekindling friendship, passion, and a shared purpose, building a relationship that feels meaningful and alive.

What I See in Couples

Most couples come to me because they feel stuck in patterns of conflict or distance. They want to be close again, but can’t figure out how to bridge the gap. Maybe it’s:

How I Work With Couples: A Gottman-Informed Approach

My approach is deeply informed by the Gottman Method, research-backed, practical, and focused on respect and connection. We’ll explore:

What Respect Truly Means

We’ll unpack how respect shows up in your relationship—not just as a word, but as actions and attitudes that create safety and honor for both partners.

How Your Values Influence Communication

Your core beliefs shape how you express yourselves and interpret each other. Understanding these values helps transform conversations from conflict into understanding.

Rebuilding Trust and Emotional Safety

Trust is the foundation of any strong relationship. We’ll work on healing past wounds and creating a safe space where both of you can be vulnerable without fear.

Recognizing and Moving Beyond Stalled Dreams

Sometimes couples get stuck in patterns because dreams and goals have shifted or stalled. We’ll identify what’s holding you back and find ways to move forward together.

Crafting a Roadmap Back to Friendship, Passion, and Shared Purpose

Love isn’t just about feelings—it’s about building a shared life. Together, we’ll design a clear path to reconnect with friendship, reignite passion, and deepen your shared meaning.

“Love is about submitting to an idea of the other person becoming their fullest self, not about holding on or controlling.”
